Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Estimated ship date is April 30 (via K-packet). 
We will send you notification when tracking number is issued.
(Shipping to Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS.)

** PURCHASED ON APRIL 11
Your order was shipped on April 19 via EMS.
Track your item Here using the tracking number.
If you didn't receive your item within 5 days after 'Arrival at Destination' status,
please contact to local EMS center.

PAYMENT

Q. What payment method is available on LINE FRIENDS COLLECTION?

A. We only accept payment through PayPal.
If you have any problem with payment, please try to 'PAY WITH DEBIT or CREDIT CARD' option listed on payment page below.

Q. Why is my payment status PENDING?

A. Though you have already received Order Confirmation email, if you had paid using a PayPal eCheck, payment can be pending.

It normally takes 4 business days to complete the transaction. Also, if linked bank account is not of American bank, 'Pending' status stays longer than 4 days.

If your transaction is not completed within 5 days, we will unavoidably cancel orders in pending. Please contact to lo

Q. I would like to cancel my order.

A. If you want to cancel your order, please notify us HERE to ask to cancel the order.

We will proceed refund when sale is finished.

* After sale
If the cancellation is available, we will proceed refund directly. But if products finished preparing to be shipped, you need to request a return after
receiving your order. In this case, customer will be responsible for any fees and expenses related the shipping for the change of mind returns and exchanges.

A. We are shipping to the following territories:

Q. What are the shipping costs?

A. Shipping costs varies depending on its weight and destination of the order. 
The shipping cost may vary depending on the size and your shipment address. 
You can check your shipping cost on your payment page.

Q. Can you ship my orders in one box to minimize extra shipping costs?

A. Unfortunately, orders from multiple order number cannot be combined into the same package.

To minimize your extra shipping costs, place new order with all items you would like to purchase, and then request a cancellation Here. We will proceed refund your original orders when sale is finished.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

A. We will start to deliver your package from April 30 in order. Delivery time varies depending on the destination of the order. Shipping will take approximately 30 BUSINESS days or sooner.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Q. I'd like to return/exchange my items.

A. Returns/Exchanges due to customer's change of mind must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. And customers will be responsible for any fees and expenses related the shipping for the change of mind returns and exchanges.
