NOTICE
· The coupons can be used at LINE FRIENDS COLLECTION store only.
· Membership rewards will be given by the time when customers enter a new membership level.
· The expiration date of coupons earned by entering a membership is 1 year after it is issued. The expiration date for membership coupons can be found under ‘Your rewards’ on the floating pop-up widget of Loyalty button at the bottom right corner.
· Points will be automatically granted after checkout has been completed.
· For points you already used, you cannot return it for a refund of points for any reason.
· Points you earned will expire 1 year after the point activity occurs.
· The expiration date for points can be found on the floating pop-up widget of Loyalty button at the bottom right corner.
· Customers’ emails for reminding the expiration date for points will be sent twice: 1) 30 days before expiry 2) 3 days before expiry.
· Customers can exchange coupons by redeeming their points. The customers can exchange the coupons at ‘Ways to redeem’ and check the expiry of the coupons below the created discount code on the floating pop-up widget of Loyalty button at the bottom right corner.
· The expiration date of a coupon earned by redeeming points is 1 year after it is issued.
· Each coupon has different terms of use, and they are as follows:
- The $5 coupon can only be used on purchases of $30 or more.
- The $10 coupon can only be used on purchases of $50 or more.
- The $20 coupon can only be used on purchases of $100 or more.
- The $30 coupon can only be used on purchases of $120 or more.
· The coupon is an exclusive online coupon and cannot be used offline.
· Please note that only the coupon can be used per order. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon.
· Membership tier will be reset every calendar year.
